Orders are processed and shipped
within 2-3 business days.
We ship items Monday-Friday.
We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays

Yes, we are required by the state of Texas to collect an 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Texas. Orders shipped outside of Texas are not charged a sales tax Do you ship internationally?

What is your refund and returns policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within twenty-five (25) days after receipt date to receive a refund. All returns require a written approval and the issue of an authorization number. We will not accept returns without this approval. Once we receive your item we will process your refund
All items must be in original condition (new, tags still attached, unworn, and not washed). We will not accept returns that have been worn, washed or damaged due to being worn or played with
Sorry swimsuits and bathing items are non-refundable
Kid Kraft Products:
You may return Kid Kraft products for a full refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund total for Kid Kraft items
